Our Products & Services
At Gordon Watters, we provide a full range of products and services for dentists.
We pride ourselves with providing services with skill and attention to detail using digital platforms and offering the precision and efficiency of CAD/CAM.
Crown & Bridge
Our crown and bridge restorations are available from both digital and traditional analogue impressions. We offer a wide range of materials to suit clinical requirements, aesthetic expectations and functional demands.
Our porcelains are available in vita classical A-D shades plus BL1 – BL4 for our bleaching shades. A bleach shade guide can be provided on request.

Layered Zirconia
Layered zirconia restorations offer an excellent alternative to metal-based restorations, combining strength, biocompatibility, fracture resistance and a highly aesthetic finish.
Each restoration is produced with a strong zirconia core and layered with Ivoclar IPS E.max porcelain to enhance translucency and natural characterisation, making it particularly suitable for anterior and smile-zone cases.
Our zirconia frameworks are milled in-house using premium Argen zirconia and are provided with a 5-year fracture guarantee.

Monolithic Zirconia
Monolithic zirconia provides exceptional strength and fracture resistance, making it ideal for high-load posterior crowns and bridges where durability is paramount.
Each restoration is stained and glazed to achieve a multi-layered, dimensional and highly aesthetic finish. Milled in-house using premium quality zirconia, our monolithic zirconia restorations are provided with a 5-year fracture warranty.

Porcelain Fused to Metal
Our porcelain fused to metal restorations are manufactured using the IPS InLine System and are available in precious and non-precious Argen metals.
Maryland bridges are produced using non-precious metal only.

Composite
Our composite restorations are manufactured using Ivoclar IPS Nexco Paste, a purely light-curing laboratory composite with micro-opal fillers.
This material allows us to achieve consistent shade results, even where space is limited, as the shade effect is tolerant to varying layer thicknesses.
IPS Nexco Paste restorations offer durable shade stability and a lasting gloss following polymerisation.

Foiled Veneers and Porcelain Jacket Crowns
Traditional veneers and porcelain jacket crowns are manufactured using foil as an ultra-thin mould for layering porcelain.
Once the restoration is complete, the foil is removed to leave a thin, natural porcelain restoration.
For discoloured preparations, an opaque porcelain layer can be incorporated during the layering process. Please specify any discolouration clearly on your lab docket.

PMMA Temporaries
PMMA is available for temporary crowns and bridges. Restorations are manufactured either using the traditional powder/liquid technique or milled in-house, depending on the requirements of the case.

Full Metal
Full metal restorations are available in both our basic and premium grades.
Precious and non-precious, silver and gold coloured Argen metals are available, with precious metal charged at our purchase price
Digital Workflow & Implantology
We work across all major digital dental platforms and can receive and process digital files from leading intraoral scanners and CBCT systems.
Digital impressions help to reduce remakes, improve efficiency and minimise delays, while also improving the patient experience. As one of our fastest-growing departments, our digital workflow allows us to provide consistent, accurate and predictable results.

We support a wide range of implant systems, including Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer Biomet, BioHorizons, Biomet 3i, Megagen, Osteocare, Bicon, Createch, Ankylos, BTi and Neodent, as well as many others.
If your preferred system is not listed, we can usually source compatible components and provide a tailored solution to suit the requirements of your case.
Our implant services include custom CAD/CAM abutments in titanium, gold-hue or zirconia, designed to optimise emergence profiles, support the soft tissue and enhance aesthetics. Each abutment is produced with a precise implant-to-abutment interface to support predictable seating and reliable clinical outcomes.
We also produce implant crowns and bridges, available as screw-retained restorations for retrievability and ease of maintenance, or cement-retained restorations where aesthetic contour control is required. Restorations can be produced in monolithic zirconia or layered ceramic and are designed for accurate contacts, occlusion and a natural finish.
For more complex cases, we provide bars, suprastructures and hybrid restorations, including milled titanium and cobalt-chrome frameworks for full-arch and overdenture solutions. These are designed to achieve a precision fit, passive seating and long-term strength and durability.
We also support full-arch and complex implant restorations, including hybrid bridges, immediate-load solutions and multi-unit implant frameworks.
Prosthetics
We offer a full range of prosthetic solutions, including acrylic and chrome dentures, with both basic and premium options available to suit your clinical requirements and patient preferences.
Acrylic Dentures
We provide two standards of acrylic dentures.
Our basic acrylic dentures are manufactured using the long established Schottlander Pegasus Plus acrylic with their Delphic V NHS standard teeth, available in shades A–D.
Our premium acrylic dentures are manufactured using high-impact Lucitone acrylic with Ivoclar private standard teeth, available in shades A–D, as well as bleaching shades BL1–BL4.
Chrome Dentures
We produce chrome dentures in-house for both dental surgeries and lab-to-lab service.
Our basic chrome dentures are manufactured using Relloy Model FH, while our premium chrome dentures are produced using Bego Wironium.
You are welcome to provide your own design, or you can leave the design to us, whichever works best for you and your case.
Acrylic teeth shade guides are available on request.
Orthodontics
We manufacture all our orthodontic appliances in-house, including fixed, removable and vacuum-formed appliances.

Fixed
Our fixed appliance range includes transpalatal arches, lingual arches, quad helix appliances and rapid maxillary expanders.
Where applicable, and to help reduce turnaround times in the laboratory, please provide your own bands with the case. We do keep a small selection of bands in stock, which can be supplied if required at an additional charge

Removable
We also produce a variety of removable appliances, including anterior bite planes, expansion appliances, twin blocks and schwartz appliances.

Retention
For retention, we offer Hawley retainers, fixed wire retainers and removable vacuum-formed retainers. Our removable retainers are available in Essix ACE, Essix C+ and Zendura, depending on the requirements of the case.
We also offer an expedited turnaround service on all vacuum-formed retainers.

Vacuum Forming
We offer a wide range of vacuum-formed appliances, including hard, soft, hybrid and acrylic bite guards, bleaching trays, orthodontic retainers, gumshields and anti-snoring devices.
To achieve a close and comfortable fit, each case is produced using a combination of thermoforming and pressure-forming equipment, along with high-quality Erkodent, Pro-Form and genuine Essix blanks.
For gumshields, please let us know the sport the appliance is required for, so we can manufacture it to the recommended thickness and specification.
For anti-snoring devices please send upper and lower alginates and protrusive wafer bite.
